Mechanical - Mechanical services to the new glass conservatory extension, works consisted of installation of new trench heating, fan coil units. Installation of new public WC's, comprising of new sanitary ware and radiant panels, also within the toilet areas are wall mounted heat recovery units for ventilation. We connected to the existing low loss header within the plant room and installed a new VT circuit which feeds the trench heating and the CT circuit feeds the radiant panels and fan coil units.
