Fit out of newly constructed extension building and refurbishment of existing cafe kitchen of Tennants Auctioneers House, Harmby Road, Leyburn, North Yorkshire consisting of:
Enabling works including isolations, disconnections, diversions and strip out of redundant equipment.
New incoming water & gas supplies including around 280m of 180mm gas in the form of MDPE from new meter at boundary to various entry points around the building.
New above ground gas installation ranging from 6" welded steel to the new headers and meters down to 3/4" connections to new plant.
Full new heating installation through the installation of 3 No new gas fired commercial boilers spread over 2 No plant rooms feeding a series of steel panelled and LST type radiators and fan convectors.
Full new installation of domestic hot and cold water supplies fed via 4 newly installed Andrew's gas fired water heaters across 2 plant rooms feeding a variety of sanitary and catering appliances.
Full new heating/cooling works to larger areas such as the 'Great Hall, Versaille Room' and kitchen areas via newly installed Air Handling Units (AHU's) serving galvanised manufactured ductwork terminating with a variety of circular diffusers, linear slot grilles and standard diffusers.
Mechanical ventilation to all large areas including Kitchen, Cafe Kitchen and WC areas with the installation of AHU's and dedicated extract fans.
DX heating and cooling systems to various office areas via VRF type systems and/or cooling coils in AHU's.
Dedicated DX cooling system to Beer Cellar.
Full thermal insulation works to all pipework and ductwork systems through the use of ductwrap and mesh finish and phenolic pipe insulation.
Full install of automatic trend control system consisting of 4 No control panels located throughout the building all sat on a network and also picking up 11 No fully independently controlled AHU's.
