Supply & installation of heating pipework to serve new radiators and radiant panel heaters. Domestic water services to serve new kitchen & toilet areas. Run gas from the secondary gas meter to the kitchen.
Installation of new air handling unit, one for fresh air, one for warm air which is connected to the canopy on an interlocking system. If the fans do not work the gas will not come on. Connection of all the new kitchen appliances; sinks, dishwasher, wash hand basins, etc.
