Mechanical - Mechanical works consisting of the full installation of LTHW and Chilled water services from Roof top plant room serving 4 pipe fan coil units, Unit heaters and AHU’s, domestic services from roof top plantroom serving all areas of sanitary ware, catering facilities, concession and cleaning facilities throughout the 7 story building. All pipework installed is of copper nature complete with Press Fit type fittings.
Full building drainage installation using Solvent Weld pipework/fittings from roof top down to basement level.
Full plumbing and sanitary ware installation to all areas of the building.
