Electrical - HMP Styal - Full refurbishment/change of use of the existing chapel for 'Clink Charity restaurant'.
New sub mains distribution system, LED lighting, emergency lighting, small power, data, kitchen fit out power, addressable fire alarm system, intruder alarm system, staff call system, mechanical services power.
HMP Styal - Refurbishment of Bollingwood for prisoner accommodation.
Upgrade sub mains distribution system, LED lighting, emergency lighting, small power, data, addressable fire alarm system, intruder alarm system, staff call system, door access, cctv.
Mechanical - Full refurbishment/change of use of the existing chapel at HMP Styal to become the latest 'Clink Charity' Restaurant. The combination of newly installed booster set and break tank, Gas fired and point of use electric water heaters provided both hot and cold water to the catering kitchen and bar/WC areas. Controlled temperature ventilation installation consisted of a bespoke AHU's dedicated to serve the new restaurant seating area and kitchen canopies. Heating and cooling to the building was via VRF Chassis type AC units installed behind perimeter seating and exposed units. Bespokely controlled via panels to manage all systems requirements.
