Mechanical - New supply and extract ventilation system in the new MRI department. The work consist of smoke damper installation and a full BMS installation. Several new clinical basins were installed in consulting rooms and recovery areas. External plant included 3No new AHU's providing ventilation/extract. A new medical gas panel was also installed with various outlet points within the bedhead trunking in the recovery areas. Existing air conditioning was modified to suit the new layout.

Electrical - Installation of essential and non-essential sub-mains distribution, installation of lighting, small power, self-test emergency led lighting. Install of fire alarm, smoke damper, nurse call system, medical trunking, data. Test and Commissioning of all Services.
