Mechanical - Project consisted of running new external gas water and fire hydrant mains from the boundary into the building. Installation of a new self contained plant room to serve the new ground and first floor offices. Within the main warehouse, gas fired convector heaters were installed. A new air handing unit was installed to service the Hycare Unit. Air conditioning, comfort cooling was installed into the office areas. All new services are via a new BMS system.
