Mechanical - Installation of high quality sanitary ware throughout all apartments. Each apartment having its own independent heat recovery system, hot water generated by the direct unvented hot water cylinder complete with twin immersion heaters.
The water supply to each apartment is fed by a main cold water booster set complete with storage tank rising up through the building to individual manifolds on each floor. All apartments are individually metered.
