- Complete Mechanical Package for the fit out of new community diagnostics centre in Barnsley
- New ASHP farm mounted on roof feeding AHU coils, Air Curtain and radiators mounted around the clinic.
- New AHU and ventilation systems feeding all clinical areas and separate system for MRI area.
- New VRF type AC system feeding communal areas, centrally controlled via BMS system linked to trust network.
- Domestic water services via newly installed domestic cylinders feeding all areas throughout the building
- Full new Sanitary package installed as per trust specification
- New BMS system controlling all aspects of the mechanical package linked back to the trust network for remote viewing.
