- Complete Mechanical package for the fit out of new community diagnostics centre in Wakefield.
- Domestic water services via newly installed domestic cylinders feeding all areas throughout the building
- Full new Sanitary package installed as per trust specification
- 3 No Reverse cycle ASHP’s feeding separate LTHW and CWS buffer vessels feeding air handling plant
- 3 No S&E AHU’s, 8 trimmer batteries c/w LTHW and CWS coils feeding all clinical areas, MRI suite, X Ray and CT areas via full new ventilation installation package.
- All AHU’s and Trimmer Batteries built and installed to HTM requirements.
- Fully commissioned systems, validated on completion
- New BMS system controlling all aspects of the mechanical package linked back to the trust network for remote viewing
